The F2K Housing Fund is currently in pre-AFSL Register-Interest mode. No offer of securities or financial products is being made through this contact channel. We are happy to discuss the fund mechanism, the AFSL timeline, the corporate structure, the underlying housing projects, and the indicative economics. We will not accept deposits, subscription forms, or signed offer documents until the AFSL is granted.
We answer wholesale-investor enquiries (Australian s708 exemption: net assets > $2.5M or income > $250K). If you are not a wholesale investor we will still answer, but we cannot share materials that are restricted to wholesale investors under the Corporations Act.
